4L Engine Oil Cans are designed for the safe storage, precise filling, and long-distance transportation of engine oil. They are available in two main materials: tinplate metal cans (F-type/square) and HDPE food-grade plastic cans, meeting global packaging compliance and brand customization requirements.

 

1.We can adjust the HEIGHT to be customer's capacity without making a new mold. If you are willing to pay the mold fee, we will cooperate with the customer to make the most suitable packaging solution!
2. Customization: As per customers' drawings, plain white / metal silver / CMYK printing.
3. There are many options for the two accessories: the handle and cap. Usually, there are 3 types of the caps, including Japan style metal squeeze cap with plastic spout, Metal screw cap with iron seal and Plastic telescopic spout cap. There is always one for you!
4. Packing: Carton packaging / packed by shrink wrap, and then fixed by straps on the pallets / according to the customers' requests.

④ Does the appearance require customized printing (your LOGO)?

⑤ How much is the bulk order?

B. After confirming the packaging plan, you can directly sample or use the most similar sample we have for testing:

① Samples are free, customers only need to pay the shipping fee.

② If you want to open a new mold, the customer needs to pay the mold fee and proofing fee first. The production time is usually 20-30 days.

C. After the sample is approved by you, you can place a bulk order. The general delivery time is 25-35 days.
