1. Choose the material according to the oil's properties: For highly corrosive industrial oils, choose stainless steel or epoxy-coated steel cans; for food-grade or light oils, aluminum alloy can be chosen.

2. Pay attention to the compatibility of the internal coating: Confirm that the coating matches the chemical properties of the oil being stored to avoid reaction and deterioration.

3. Storage environment: Keep sealed, away from moisture, dust, and chemical fumes; for long-term storage, it is recommended to tighten the lid, cover with cling film, and seal with tape.

4. Logistics compliance: For the transportation of dangerous goods, ensure that the container has UN/DOT certification and is marked with flammable or toxic substance labels.

1. Stacking strength: The vertical stacking pressure that an empty or full tank can withstand under specific conditions (e.g. ≥800kg or higher, depending on capacity and design).

2. Handle strength: The handle should be able to withstand repeated lifting of a specified weight (e.g. >25kg static load or dynamic test).

3. Drop test: A full tank should not break or leak seriously when it falls from a specified height (e.g. 1.2m) to a specific angle on a hard ground (e.g. 30 degrees).

4. Air tightness/hydraulic test: Ensure no leakage (international standard leakage rate 3‰).

5. UN certification: For steel drums used for dangerous goods packaging, China Customs will test UN performance tests and obtain corresponding certification (such as 1A1/X1.4/250/S...).

6. Food grade certification: The inner coating must comply with food contact material regulations of FDA, EU or other target markets.

7. Other standards: such as ISO, MSDS, SGS and other customer-specific standards.
