5 Gallon Metal Bucket

As for the inner coating treatment,
i. Water-base liquid -- 100% phenolic epoxy resin / laminating (PE film inside)
ii. Oil-base liquid-- no need inner coating

Choose based on contents:

Unalined: Suitable for oil-based products, such as paint and engine oil.

Lined: Suitable for water-based products, such as water-based coatings and food.

Food-grade: If the product will come into contact with food, ensure it is made of food-grade stainless steel or has a special coating.

Compliance Considerations:

Hazardous Goods Transportation: If used to transport hazardous materials, a product with a UN number must be selected.

Material Compatibility: Ensure the inner coating of the container does not react with the stored chemicals.

Usage and Maintenance:

The container is very heavy when full (nearly 20 kg). Exercise caution when lifting it to prevent sprains.

Regularly inspect the container for rust or dents. Clean with a mild detergent and avoid using strong corrosive chemicals.

1. Safe Use: Keep away from high temperatures and fire sources. Avoid tipping or collisions that could cause leakage.

2. Contents Matching: Select a suitable inner coating based on the chemical properties of the stored substances.

3. Environmental Disposal: Discarded metal drums should be disposed of by professional recycling organizations. Do not discard or incinerate them.

4. Stacking Restrictions: Follow the recommended maximum stacking height to prevent deformation of the bottom drum.
