B. After confirming the packaging plan, you can directly sample or use the most similar sample we have for testing:
① Samples are free, customers only need to pay the shipping fee.
② If you want to open a new mold, the customer needs to pay the mold fee and proofing fee first. The production time is usually 20-30 days.

C. After the sample is approved by you, you can place a bulk order. The general delivery time is 25-35 days.

1. Raw material selection and quality: DS Packaging uses high-quality cold-rolled steel, tinplate and stainless steel that meet ISO standards. 2. Sealing: Using a double-layer sealing process (such as crimping + rubber gasket/environmentally friendly glue), the leakage rate is less than 0.3%, which meets international transportation standards. DS Packaging conducts strict sealing tests on each batch of products to ensure that the lid, sealing ring and other parts of each metal can can effectively prevent leakage. DS Packaging uses fully automatic leak detectors and manual sampling to ensure that the product maintains good sealing performance during transportation and use.

3. Molding accuracy: Tolerance ±2mm, ensure stacking stability, reduce transportation losses, and reduce freight costs.

4. Coating treatment: A variety of internal coating materials/processes, usually phenolic epoxy resin and PE Laminating. Rust prevention ability for more than 1 year, corrosion resistance for more than 3 years.
