Gallon F Style Metal Cans

A 1-gallon (128 fl oz/3,785 liters) Gallon F Style Metal Cans are rectangular tin-plated steel containers designed for the efficient storage, stacking, and transport of industrial liquids. The iconic F-shape maximizes shelf space, while a robust construction and optional chemical-resistant lining ensure the safety of the contents and are available with UN Dangerous Goods Transport Certification.

3. There are many options for the two accessories: the handle and cap. Usually, there are 3 types of the caps, including Japan style metal squeeze cap with plastic spout, Metal screw cap with iron seal and Plastic telescopic spout cap. There is always one for you!

The length of the delivery time is determined by the printing time. The production and assembly of metal cans are very fast, and generally more than 100,000 can be completed in about 3 days. The delivery time for metal packaging of white / silver color outside is generally 2 weeks. For metal cans that require customized printing, the delivery time is usually about 35 days. We accept expedited orders, but you need to inform us in advance.

We also have complete quality assurance and testing equipment, such as coating thickness measuring instrument, rockwell hardness tester, sealing quality tester, paint film hardness tester, paint film adhesion tester, drop test machine, airtight experimental machine, liquid tightness testing machine, etc.

C. High quality raw material: We mainly choose raw material from big steel factory, such as TPCO, BAO STEEL, SHA STEEL, which are best and largest raw material manufacturer in China.

D. Strict Physical/Chemical testing procedures: Meeting the requirements of the product design and process, providing reliable testing data.

E. Short Delivery time: Generally 15-25 days after receiving the deposit. We also stock some standard-sized metal containers. If you need 3-5pcs, we can deliver soon.

F. Safe packing: Cartons, or stretch film & belt, packed by the pallet, or according to customer's requirements.

G. Best after-sale service: With leakage testing machine for each can, almost 0 leakage. International standard leakage is 3‰. If exceeds this and our responsibility, we'll make the best compensation solution.
