1. Pre-cleaning to Remove Large Residues: First, pour out all remaining liquid paint from the can and collect it. Use a special scraper to scrape off the hardened paint film adhering to the inner wall, initially removing large residues.
2. Targeted Deep Cleaning: For oil-based paint cans, pour in a special paint remover/low-toxicity alcohol ether cleaner to soak, dissolve, and soften the residual paint film. For water-based paint cans, directly rinse with high-pressure water. For stubborn stains, use a small amount of neutral detergent.
3. High-Pressure Rinsing Finishing: Use a high-pressure water jet (≥10MPa) to thoroughly rinse the inner wall, bottom, and corners of the can, completely removing the softened residue.
4. Drying and Verification: After rinsing, invert the can in a ventilated area to dry completely. Then, confirm the absence of any residue through three steps: visual inspection, wiping with a white paper towel, and odor verification. Finally, use pH test paper to check that the rinsing solution on the inner wall is neutral, indicating that the standard of completely residue-free treatment has been achieved.
