I. Quick Cleaning Techniques

1. Dry Film Peeling Method: After the paint in the can has completely dried and hardened into a thin, elastic film, the entire layer of paint can be peeled off by hand. Alternatively, place a brush in the can beforehand; once the paint dries, you can easily remove the entire layer by holding the brush head. This method requires almost no cleaning agents.

2. Solvent Quick Wash Method: For oil-based paint residue, pour in banana oil/gasoline, soak for 3-5 minutes, then quickly wipe with a cloth to dissolve. Rinse with soapy water and then clean thoroughly. For water-based paint, rinse directly with hot water. For stubborn residue, add a small amount of alcohol and scrub; cleaning will be completed in minutes.

II. Safe Reuse Points

1. Only for continuous construction. Small amounts of paint of the same brand, color, and batch can be reused directly. In other cases, the can must be cleaned and dried before refilling with new paint to avoid color differences and paint deterioration.

2. Never use the can to hold food or drinking water. Trace amounts of residual chemicals can contaminate food and harm health.

3. Ensure proper ventilation and fire prevention throughout the process. Keep gasoline and banana oil away from open flames. Wear gloves to avoid skin corrosion. Dispose of cleaning waste as hazardous waste.
