Use in conjunction with an oil-water separator to avoid introducing new contaminants.
2. Hot Air Circulation Drying (Suitable for Batch Processing): Place the cleaned metal cans in a temperature-controlled ventilated oven or drying chamber and dry them at 120~170℃ for 10~20 minutes.
The hot air circulation system provides even heat transfer, significantly shortening drying time while ensuring thorough internal drying.
Widely used in automotive repair, industrial coating, and other scenarios requiring high drying efficiency.
3. Infrared/Far-Infrared Drying (High Efficiency and Energy Saving): Directly heats the metal surface through infrared radiation, completing drying in just 2 minutes at 60~70℃.
High energy efficiency, no preheating required, suitable for assembly line operations.
Slightly higher initial investment, but low long-term operating costs, and the drying process is non-contact and does not damage the substrate.
4. Vacuum Drying (Preferred for High-Demand Scenarios) Lowering the boiling point of water under negative pressure allows residual moisture to evaporate rapidly at a lower temperature.
Suitable for precision parts with strict requirements for cleanliness and oxidation prevention, completely avoiding oxidation and water stains.
5. Auxiliary Measures to Improve Drying Efficiency
Tilted draining + fan-accelerated ventilation: Simple and economical, suitable for small-scale operations;
Using low-residue, fast-drying cleaning agents: Reduces residual moisture and shortens subsequent drying time;
Nitrogen purging protection: Introducing dry nitrogen after drying prevents re-adhesion of airborne moisture, especially suitable for pretreatment before long-term storage.
