I. Minor Deformation: Use hot water or gentle tapping.

Hot Water Method: Soak the deformed area in hot water (around 70℃) for 3-5 minutes. Once the plastic softens, gently adjust it back to its original shape by hand, then lay it flat to cool naturally. Note that the water temperature should not exceed 80℃ to avoid material aging.

Gentle Tapping Adjustment: Gently tap the deformed area with a rubber mallet, applying even pressure. Too much force may leave marks.

II. Severe Deformation: Replacement Recommended.

If the can is visibly twisted, the welds are cracked, or there is paint leakage or an unusual odor, don't risk it; replacing it with a new one is safer.

III. Safety Precautions During Operation

Wear Protective Gloves: Always wear gloves and safety goggles to prevent paint from splashing onto your skin or eyes.

Ventilated Environment: Operate in a well-ventilated area to avoid inhaling harmful fumes.

Pressure Release: If the deformation is caused by pressure changes inside the can, slowly open the lid to release the pressure and avoid sudden bursting.
